Under the DIAMOND Below Zero Price | Rent-To-Own (RTO) Plan, the Customer shall be entitled to and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. DIAMOND Scientific Research Centre Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) is hereby the proprietor of the DIAMOND Below Zero Price | Rent-To-Own (RTO) Plan.
2. The DIAMOND Below Zero Price | Rent-To-Own (RTO) Plan is only open to Malaysian Citizens aged 18 years old and above.
3. The ownership and rights to the product(s) will be transferred to the customer under the DIAMOND Below Zero Price | Rent-To-Own Plan upon fulfilling of the entire term of contract.
4. The customer is required to complete and fulfil the entire term of contract upon signing of this agreement.
5. The customer is responsible to take good care of the products at all times throughout the entire term of the contract.
6. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on late payments due during the term of the contract.
7. The Company reserves the right to collect the balance for the payment of the remaining contract due for any early termination of the contract.
8. The Customer is not allowed to transfer the contract ownership to a third party without the approval and prior written consent given from the Company.
9. Free Products awarded under the Below Zero Price Plan is only applicable for purchases of Package A, B & C respectively.
10. DIAMOND reserves the right to substitute the Free Products with other products of similar value at any time without prior written notice given.
11. The Free Products awarded is not applicable for exchange to cash considerations.
12. Rent-To-Own Customer, they will be entitled to a 30 Days “Satisfaction Guaranteed, Otherwise Fully Refundable” promise.
13. The Customer will be eligible to the warranty of the selected products for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
14. The Customer will use the services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, codes, directives, guidelines, policies and regulations.
15. DIAMOND reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
16. DIAMOND reserves the right to variations of the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior consent given.
