Customer : Customers who sign the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Products Rent To Own Plan & Healthie Partner License purchase order.
Agreement : The Plan listed in the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Products Rent To Own Plan & Healthie Partner License order form.

By ordering and registering for the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Rent To Own Plan & Healthie Partner License Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Healthie Partner License”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be a resident of Malaysia aged 21 years or older.
2. You agree to apply for and become a Healthie Partner by registering for the Healthie Partner License Plan.
3. By signing up for the Healthie Partner Plan, you acknowledge and accept the term & condition of Healthie Partner commission & rewards program.
4. You understand and agree that the Healthie Partner License you have registered for is valid for 36 months from the date of registration. You must satisfy the company’s renewal conditions to renew the Healthie Partner License.
5. You understand that to activate each rental purchase contract successfully, customers must pay a registration or deposit fee.
6. You agree and understand that the company reserves the right to adjust the registration fee for rental purchase contracts without prior notice.
7. You have the right to decide whether to rent or sell the products purchased under the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Products Rent To Own (RTO) Plan to any customers you promote or hire customer representatives to sell to customers on your behalf.
8. You are entitled to earn Rental Fees(commission) and rewards as per the company’s designated Rental Fees(commission) plan, provided that there are no outstanding payments from the customer.
9. The Company will credit you the monthly rental fees (commission) that you are entitled to on a two-month basis.
10. You understand and agree that the company has the right to change the Rental Fees(commission) plan of Healthie Partner without prior notice.
11. You agree to strictly promote the product at the price set by the company. In the event of non-compliance, you agree to pay the company at five times the price difference of the product as a penalty.
12. You agree to provide customers with a customer satisfaction guarantee policy formulated by the company.
13. In all transactions and representations with customers, you commit to maintain honesty at all times; otherwise, you will face penalties from the company.
14. You understand and agree not to make any additional products & services guarantees or commitments on behalf of the company to any individuals or entities beyond what the company provides in its product guarantee. Otherwise, you agree to compensate customers for any additional guarantees or commitments you make and also agree to compensate the company for any losses incurred.
15. You understand and agree not to alter, remove, or change the content or packaging of the product without authorization.
16. You agree to attend and participate in company-organized meetings, seminars, courses, and events.
17. You understand that you can only conduct business through approved and recognized business channels by the company; any other business channels require the company’s consent and approval.
18. You commit to complying with and adhering to all regulations pertaining to product sales as set by the Malaysian government.
19. Without written consent from the company, you may not use any trademarks, trade names, brand names, business names, or brand logos belonging to the company.
20. As a HEALTHIE Landlord , if found in violation of any, but not limited to, the above terms and conditions, the company reserves all rights to take appropriate action at its discretion; including but not limited to, canceling the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Products Rent To Own (RTO) Contract Plan.
21. The company reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

Free Gifts
1. You agree that the company reserves the right to replace any free gift with other products of equivalent value without prior notice.
2. You understand and agree that any product provided by the company as a free gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

60-Days Satisfaction Guarantee
1. If there is any reason for dissatisfaction within 60 days from when you placed your purchase order, you can request to cancel the order / agreement/ license in writing and return all the goods in their original condition.
2. Your landlord entitlements and benefits will be lost automatically once you cancel your order, agreement, or license.
