TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Under the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Sleepping Partner I Plan, the Customer shall be entitled to and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. The HEALTHIE DIAMOND Sleepping Partner application is only open to Malaysian Citizens aged 18 years old and above.
2. You are agreeable to become an advertiser by registering for the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Sleepping Partner
3. You are agreeable to attend and participate in the HEALTHIE DIAMOND Sleepping Partner meetings, seminar, courses, and activities organised by the Company.
4. You are allowed to conduct the business only at the approved channels as stipulated by the Company.
5. You strictly not allowed to conduct any business activities at but not limited to any Online Sales Channels, Digital Social Media platforms and those of similar.
6. You are entitled to earn commissions/advertising fees from the promotions of the Company’s approved and authorised products and plans according to the commission/advertising fees schedule as set by the Company.
7. The Company reserves the right to variations of the terms and conditions and commission/ advertising fees schedule without prior written notice given.
8. You are required to promote the Company’s Products or Program strictly according to the Company’s approved selling price, otherwise the Company has the rights to request from you a payment equivalent to five (5) times the difference in amount as a penalty.
9. You are required to act in full faith and honesty at all times in your dealings and representations with and for the company’s products.
10. You are not allowed to make any representations or give any warranties or promises other than the those expressly given by the Company.
11. You are not allowed to alter, remove or tamper with the contents or the packaging of the Products and will maintain and manage the Products in good condition at all times.
12. You are required to comply and conform with all laws, regulations, rules, orders and by laws issued by the relevant authorities applicable to the selling of the Products and shall indemnify and keep the Company harmless against all loss suffered in the event of any seizure of the Products arising from non-compliance by the Partner of such law, regulations, rules, orders and/or by laws.
13. You are required to use your best endeavors to promote and extend the sales of the Products to all potential customers and work diligently to obtain sales from such customers.
14. You are not allowed to make any willful or negligent representations or undertaking in respect of the Company to any purchasers and shall indemnify the Company for any loss or damages representation or undertaking.
15. You are not allowed to use any trademark, trade name, brand name, business name, trade logo or any symbol belonging to the Company without the prior written consent of the Company.
16. You are required at all times to maintain secrecy of any material information such as marketing information and the business plan information and shall not divulge the same to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.
17. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate actions if the Partner is found to have breach any of but not limited to the above terms and conditions.
18. The Company reserves the right to nullify and void all Partner rights and benefits if they are to have breach any of but not limited to the above terms and conditions.
19. The Company reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions from time to time as it deems fit without any prior given notice.
20. Company reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
